⚠️ Safety & General Warnings
- For commercial use only
- Read all instructions before assembly or servicing
- This product must be properly grounded
- Isolate mains power before opening covers or servicing components
- The roof surface is not load bearing – do not place objects on the roof
- Do not block fan vents or grills
- Operating temperature range: 10–26°C (50–79°F)
- Relocation must be performed by Orangebox‑trained installers only
Risk of fire, injury, or electrical shock if instructions are not followed.
Electrical Use – Socket Restrictions
DO NOT plug any of the following into pod receptacles:
- Vacuum cleaners
- Heaters
- Air conditioning units
- Extension cords or power strips
- Other high‑amperage equipment
Only connect computer equipment and associated peripherals.
Before You Begin
- Confirm site clearance, ceiling height, and sprinkler conditions
- Ensure floor is level, clean, and capable of supporting pod weight
- Verify that all cartons share the same Order Number and Network ID
- For multi‑pod installs, ensure Network IDs match across all parts

Required Tools & Handling Notes
- No impact drivers
- Hand‑start all fasteners
- Torque wrench required (follow specified Nm values)
- Glass installation requires two or more installers
- Use appropriate PPE: gloves, safety glasses, safety footwear

Assembly must be completed in the order shown below:
- Base Track Assembly
- Service Hoop Assembly & Installation
- Rear Frame Assembly
- Front Frame Assembly & Wiring
- Verify Square & Level Base
- Acoustic Panel Assembly
- Glass Unboxing & Installation
- Door Assembly & Initial Alignment
- Roof Assembly, Power‑Up & Alignment
- Exterior & Interior Panels
- Final Door Alignment
- Trim Covers
- Door Seal Installation
- Optional Seismic Kit Assembly
- Final Cleaning
Skipping or re‑ordering steps may result in misalignment, glass fit issues, or electrical faults.
Glass Handling – Critical Safety Notice
- Tempered glass is heavy and may shatter if mishandled
- Shipping crate must be tilted at least 5° before opening
- Remove protruding nails or screws before lifting glass
- Never impact edges or drag glass surfaces
- Always use two or more people
Improper glass handling can cause serious injury.
Door & Roof Adjustment Notes
- Door must remain parallel to the stopper
- Brush should barely contact the threshold
- Allow 30 seconds after powering the unit before roof operation
- Roof blade alignment must be verified in the fully closed position
Optional Seismic Kit
Seismic anchoring requirements are determined by the project’s Engineer of Record (EOR).
- EOR determines if anchoring is required
- Anchoring hardware is supplied by others
- Bracket hole diameter: 9.5 mm (0.374 in)
- Installation must comply with local building codes
Final Inspection & Cleaning
- Verify power, lighting, fan, roof, and door operation
- Confirm all panels and trim are securely installed
- Clean surfaces per Orangebox cleaning guidelines

- Certified to CSA C22.2 No. 68
- FCC and IC compliant components
