⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY & USE INFORMATION
- For commercial use only
- Read all instructions before installation
- This product must be properly grounded
- Isolate mains power before removing access panels or servicing components
- Roof surface is not load bearing – do not place objects on the roof
- Do not block fan vents or grills
- Operating temperature range: 10–26°C (50–79°F)
- Relocation must be performed by Orangebox‑trained installers only
Risk of fire, injury, or electrical shock if instructions are not followed.
Electrical Safety – Socket Use
DO NOT plug the following into pod socket receptacles:
- Vacuum cleaners
- Heaters
- Air conditioning units
- Extension cords or power strips
- Any high‑amperage equipment
Only connect computer equipment and associated peripherals.
Pre‑Installation Requirements
- Installation area must be level, clean, and capable of supporting pod weight
- Confirm ceiling height and sprinkler conditions with local AHJ
- Verify Product ID and Network ID labels match for multi‑pod installs
- Ensure all cartons match the same order number before assembly

Required Tools & Handling Notes
- No impact drivers
- Hand‑start all fasteners
- Torque wrench required (refer to specified Nm values)
- Glass handling requires two or more installers
- Wear appropriate PPE: gloves, safety glasses, safety footwear
High‑Level Assembly Sequence
The Campers & Dens pod is assembled in the following major phases:
- Base Track Assembly
- Service Hoop Assembly & Installation
- Rear Frame Assembly
- Front Frame Assembly & Wiring
- Verify Square & Level Base
- Acoustic Panel Assembly
- Glass Handling & Installation
- Door Assembly & Alignment
- Roof Assembly, Power‑Up & Alignment
- Fascia & Exterior Panels
- Final Door Alignment
- Trim Covers & Door Seal
- Optional Seismic Kit Installation
- Final Cleaning
Each step must be completed in sequence. Skipping steps may cause misalignment, glass fit issues, or electrical faults.
Glass Handling – Critical Warnings
- Tempered glass is heavy and can shatter if mishandled
- Always tilt shipping crate at least 5° before opening
- Inspect crate for protruding nails or screws before removing glass
- Never impact or drag glass edges
- Use suction handles where applicable
Improper glass handling may result in serious injury.
Door & Roof Adjustment
- Door must remain parallel to the stopper
- Brush should barely contact the threshold
- Roof adjustments require opening the roof, adjusting linkage arms, then re‑verifying closure fit
- Wait at least 30 seconds after powering the unit before roof operation
Optional Seismic Kit
Seismic anchoring is optional and must be determined by the project’s Engineer of Record (EOR).
- EOR determines anchoring requirements and hardware
- Anchoring holes are 9.5 mm (0.374 in) diameter
- Product must be secured per EOR and local building code
Cleaning & Final Commissioning
- Complete cleaning after all panels and trim are installed
- Verify door, roof, lighting, fan, and controls operate correctly
- Confirm electrical grounding and power routing
