Warranty Coverage

Orangebox warrants exclusively to the original purchaser that all Orangebox products, under normal use, will be free from defects and structurally sound for ten (10) years from the date of manufacture, subject to the exceptions and exclusions outlined below.

At its discretion, Orangebox will repair or replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product.

This warranty applies to Orangebox products delivered into:

• North America
• Central America
• South America
• The Caribbean

Customer Responsibilities

• Clients must perform regular monthly inspections and maintenance
• If a potential defect is identified, the product must be removed from service immediately
• Orangebox must be notified promptly of any potential issue

Warranty Exceptions

• Electrical components: 2‑year warranty
• Upholstery materials: Covered under the individual supplier’s warranty
• Consumable items: Such as light bulbs
• Products distributed outside the listed regions
• Orangebox reserves the right to change designs, specifications, materials, and to discontinue parts or products when deemed reasonable

Warranty Exclusions

The Orangebox warranty does not cover:

• Damage during onward freight or improper storage
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by abuse, misuse, or accidents
• Products or components not installed or reconfigured by Orangebox‑trained installers
• Improper customer installation
• Unapproved modifications by the customer or dealer
• Color variation in painted metal, wood, or fabrics due to normal commercial manufacturing tolerances
• Natural material changes due to aging, light exposure, or inherent characteristics of materials such as leather

This Limited Warranty is the sole remedy for product defects. No other express or implied warranties are provided, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Orangebox shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from any product defect.
