⚠️ Safety & Use Warnings
- For commercial use only
- Read all instructions before assembly and operation
- This product must be properly grounded
- Isolate mains power before opening covers or servicing components
- The roof surface is not load bearing
- Do not drill holes in or hang items from the pod
- Do not block fan vents or grills
- Operating temperature range: 10–26°C (50–79°F)
- Relocation must be completed by Orangebox‑trained installers only
Risk of fire, injury, or electrical shock if instructions are not followed.
Electrical Use – Receptacle Restrictions
DO NOT connect any of the following to pod socket outlets:
- Vacuum cleaners
- Heaters
- Air conditioning units
- Extension cords or power strips
- Any high‑amperage equipment
Only computer equipment and associated peripherals may be connected.
Before You Begin
- Confirm floor is level, clean, and capable of supporting pod weight
- Verify ceiling height and sprinkler conditions with local AHJ
- Check that all cartons match the same Order Number
- For multi‑pod installs, verify all Network ID labels match

Required Tools & Installer Notes
- No impact drivers permitted
- Hand‑start all fasteners
- Torque wrench required (refer to specified Nm values)
- Glass handling requires two or more installers
- PPE required: safety glasses, gloves, safety footwear

- Glass Unboxing & Installation
- Door Assembly & Initial Alignment
- Roof Assembly, Power‑Up & Alignment
- Fascia & Exterior Panels
- Interior Panels
- Final Door Alignment
- Trim Covers
- Door Seal Installation
- Optional Seismic Kit Assembly
- Final Cleaning & Inspection
Skipping or reordering steps may result in misalignment, glass fit issues, or electrical faults.
Glass Handling – Critical Safety Notice
- Shipping crates must be tilted at least 5° before opening
- Remove protruding nails or screws before lifting glass
- Tempered glass is heavy and may shatter if mishandled
- Never impact glass edges or drag glass surfaces
- Use two or more installers at all times
Improper handling may cause serious injury.
Door & Roof Adjustment Guidance
- Door must remain parallel to the stopper
- Brush should barely contact the threshold
- Allow 30 seconds after powering before roof operation
- Verify roof blade alignment in the fully closed position
Optional Seismic Kit
Seismic anchoring requirements are determined by the project’s Engineer of Record (EOR).
- EOR determines anchoring necessity and hardware
- Anchoring holes are 9.5 mm (0.374 in) diameter
- Installation must comply with local building codes
Final Inspection & Cleaning
- Confirm lighting, fan, roof, and door operation
- Verify all panels, trim, and seals are secure
- Clean all surfaces per Orangebox cleaning guidelines
