⚠️ CRITICAL INSTALLATION INFORMATION

Correct panel clip placement is critical for proper fit, upholstery alignment, and long‑term panel retention.

Incorrect clip positioning may result in loose panels, visible gaps, or rework.

Panel Clip Placement – Air Inner Panels 

Slot the panel clips into position as shown.

• Clips must be fitted at the outermost edge
• Clips must also be fitted in the middle position

Panel Clip Placement – Air 23 Outer Panels 

Slot the panel clips into position as shown.

• Rear of panel: clips in the outermost edge and fifth position in
• Front of panel: clip in the third position

Confirm all clips are fully seated before proceeding.

Panel Clip Placement – Air 25/27 (Curved & Flat Sides)

Slot the panel clips in the positions shown.

• Curved side: third position in
• Flat side: second position in

Additional Step:
Trim the outermost lugs using pliers before upholstery.

Panel Clip Placement – Air 27 Hoop to Hoop 

Slot the panel clips exactly as shown.

• Clips fitted in the second position in on both sides

Additional Step:
Trim the outermost lugs with pliers on both sides before upholstery.

Critical Notes

• Clip positions must match the diagrams exactly
• Always fully seat clips before upholstery is applied
• Trim outermost lugs where specified to avoid interference
• Incorrect clip placement may require panel removal and rework
