No Power With New Installation

Sometimes when installing air3 pods a situation develops where the pod has power entering the PDU (power supply) but the rest of the pod has no power.  In most cases this if from a poor connection in the fire safety system.  The grey communicating wire that exits the top of the PDU connects to a grey wire from the horizontal electrical. This is part of the fire safety system. The secondary heat detector is also part of this system.  The connector on the secondary heat detector can come loose. (green connector). Please check the following connections:

1. The grey wire exiting the PDU and matching grey wire from the horizontal electrical.

2. 

    

3. The wire connection on the back of the secondary heat detector. (green connector) This connector is located inside the horizontal hoop door.

4. Open the switch side hoop door and check the connections inside the white circuit board enclosure.  Both switch ribbons route through slots in the hoop door and plug into the board.
