General Cleaning Guidelines

Regular cleaning and proper maintenance will help preserve the appearance and performance of your Air3 Pod. Always use non‑abrasive materials and approved cleaning products.

⚠️ Important: To avoid risk of fire or electric shock, always disconnect electrical power before cleaning any product that uses or provides electricity.

Surface‑Specific Cleaning Instructions

Laminate

• Use a clean, damp, non‑abrasive cotton cloth
• Clean with a mild liquid detergent or household cleaner
• Rinse with clean water using a separate damp cloth
• Dry with a soft, clean, non‑abrasive cotton cloth

Do not flood the laminate, especially near seams, as water can penetrate and cause the substrate to swell.

Aluminum & Steel

• Clean using a damp cloth
• For chrome‑plated finishes, use a metal cleaner to remove stains
• Do not use abrasive cleaners

These surfaces may be chrome‑plated or powder‑coated and require gentle care.

Wood Finishes

• Wipe with a damp cloth for routine cleaning
• Buff dry using a soft duster
• Remove spills immediately with a slightly damp cloth

Glass

• Use a glass cleaning spray
• Clean with lint‑free cloths only
• Follow the cleaner manufacturer’s health and safety instructions

Leather & Fabric Upholstery

Refer to the individual manufacturer’s cleaning guidelines supplied with the upholstery material.

Polyester Felt

Refer to the manufacturer’s cleaning recommendations.

Carpet

• Vacuum regularly as part of routine maintenance
• For spills, remove excess liquid immediately
• Blot stains using a clean cloth – do not scrub
• Work from the outer edges inward to prevent spreading

Minimizing the Risk of Damage

• Use coasters under glasses and hot mugs
• Avoid placing potted plants directly on surfaces unless watertight
• Use protective pads under equipment
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
• Avoid exposure to excessive heat such as fires, radiators, or high‑temperature lights
• Prevent liquids from entering openings in electrical components
• Never use silicon polish or wax under any circumstances

Electrical Safety

• Always disconnect electrical power before cleaning
• Never allow liquids to enter electrical openings

Warranty Information

Orangebox warrants exclusively to the original purchaser that Air3 products, based on 8 hours of use per day, will be free from defects and structurally sound for 10 years from the date of manufacture, subject to warranty exceptions.
