Tools & Fasteners

• M6 × 10 fixings (No.4)
• Torque wrench set to 5 Nm / 3.69 ft‑lb
• Isopropanol (IPA) wipes
• Vacuum suction handles (for glass handling)

Installation Steps

Step 1 – Install Brackets at Correct Height

• Ensure brackets are installed at the correct vertical position
• Measurement from bottom of upright: 1052 mm (41.4")
• Bracket height reference: 447 mm (17.5")
• Tighten fixings to 5 Nm (3.69 ft‑lb)

Minimum: One person

Step 2 – Apply Bonding Strips

• Clean both top and bottom edges using IPA wipes
• Ensure all surfaces are free of dust or residue
• Remove backing tape from bonding strip
• Carefully bond strip to clean metal surface
• Ensure bonding strip lip faces towards the glass and into the pod

Minimum: Two persons

Step 3 – Install and Secure Whiteboard

• Locate all four mounting brackets
• Carefully slide the whiteboard downward into place
• Ensure whiteboard is fully seated and secure
• Confirm stability before leaving the installation

Maximum Whiteboard Weight: 30 kg / 66 lb

⚠️ WARNING – GLASS COMPONENT
Use suction handles when handling the whiteboard.

Minimum: Two persons

Critical Notes

• Always verify bracket heights before securing
• Do not exceed stated weight limits
• Never leave the whiteboard unsecured
• Failure to clean surfaces may result in bonding failure
