Product Description

This article covers installation of the screen‑mounted fixed monitor bracket used to mount a display over the upholstery panels on Air3 Pods.

The bracket is factory fitted to the pod screens. The installer/customer is responsible for attaching and securing the monitor.

Fixings

• M8 Spring T‑Nuts (Qty 8)
• M8 × 10 Flange Button Head Socket Screws (Qty 8)
• No.10 Button Head Self‑Tapping Wood Screws – 1/2" (Qty 8)
• M8 × 30 Fixings (upholstery to bracket)
• M6 × 45 Fixings (monitor locking)

Tools

• No. 5 Allen key
• Pozidriv screwdriver
• Torque wrench (6 Nm / 4.42 ft‑lb)

Installation Steps

1. Verify Bracket Position

• Bracket is factory fitted to pod screens
• Correct measurement is 765 mm from top of screen crossbar to top flat edge of bracket

2. Prepare Upholstery Panels

• Position upholstery panels over the bracket
• Foam includes cut‑outs to clear the bracket
• Locate fixing points through the fabric
• Carefully pierce fabric at fixing locations

Minimum: One person

3. Secure Upholstery to Bracket

• Fix through fabric into bracket using M8 × 30 fixings
• Tighten to 6 Nm (4.42 ft‑lb)

Minimum: One person

4. Attach Brackets to Monitor

• Select correct fixings from the supplied hardware pack
• Use the provided rubber spacers between the bracket and the screen
• Attach brackets using the appropriate VESA pattern

Minimum: Two persons

5. Hang and Lock the Monitor

⚠️ Customer responsibility

• Using two people, lift the monitor onto the screen‑mounted bracket
• Ensure the monitor is fully seated
• Lock brackets together using M6 × 45 fixings

Minimum: Two persons

Critical Notes

• Always confirm screen weight before installation
• Ensure all locking fixings are installed
• Never leave a screen unsecured on the hook‑on brackets
• Follow torque settings to prevent damage or loosening
