Electrical Safety

• Always unplug the pod before servicing or cleaning
• Do not use damaged cords or plugs
• Do not use in areas where aerosol products or oxygen are present
• Connect only to a properly grounded 120V outlet
• No adapters permitted

⚠️ Do NOT power the fan or opening roof actuators until instructed.

• AIR‑29 – 3x3 Square Pod

Tools & Equipment Required

Safety & Handling

• Vacuum suction cups (8"–9")
• Safety glasses and gloves
• Protective corner guards
• Isopropanol (IPA) wipes

Installation Tools

• Cordless drill with Phillips #3 bit
• Metric T‑Handle hex keys (2mm–6mm)
• Torque wrench (must reach 14 Nm / 10.32 ft‑lb)
• Spirit level
• Rubber mallet and block
• Trigger clamps
• Tape measure
• Plastic glazing shovels

Pre‑Installation Requirements

• Floor must be flat, level, and free of debris
• Ceiling clearance must be confirmed
• Pod position must be signed off by the client
• Alignment jigs must be installed before assembly begins

Installation Overview

1. Pod Positioning & Jig Setup

• Assemble alignment jigs per pod size
• Confirm 90° angles and correct dimensions
• Confirm floor box positions

2. Hoop & Fan Assembly

• Assemble hoop structure on jigs
• Secure hoop verticals and horizontals
• Install main fan body without powering
• Ensure airflow arrow faces air inlet slots

⚠️ Do NOT plug in the fan at this stage

3. Main Screen Assembly

• Hook screens into hoop
• Verify hook positions before securing
• Attach brackets and top covers
• Install fan cowls and connect fan

4. Glass Frame Assembly (Front & Rear)

• Assemble front and rear glass frames
• Install bottom door tracks
• Attach uprights carefully to avoid misalignment

⚠️ Minimum 2–3 installers required for glass handling

5. Roof Assembly (Fixed or Opening)

• Position roof panels evenly within hoop castings
• Install actuators and cowl covers
• Apply even pressure when securing
• Adjust actuators to eliminate panel gaps

6. Electrical Connections – Americas

• 120V grounded outlet only
• No adapters permitted
• Grounding must meet local codes

7. Door Installation & Adjustment

• Torque runner bolts to 14 Nm
• Level door before final tightening
• Confirm smooth operation and even gaps

The locking wheel is critical for door safety

8. Upholstery Panels

• Remove shipping mouldings before installation
• Ensure all clips are fully engaged
• Install corner trim caps last

Accessories & Options

• Monitor bracket – 32"–55" only
• Maximum screen weight: 25 kg / 55 lb
• Tables, ADA doors, and power modules
