⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Correct actuator setup is critical for proper opening roof operation. Incorrect settings may result in roof blade gaps, poor movement, or component damage.

Actuator Set‑Up – “Y = 0” Switch

When viewing the actuator from the ORANGE body side:

• The “Y = 0” switch MUST be set to the LEFT
• This setting is mandatory for correct actuator operation

⚠️ Incorrect switch position will affect roof operation.

Manual Switches – Important Notes

• The center and right‑hand switches on the actuator are for manual operation only
• Their position is irrelevant to setup
• These switches are automatically overridden during normal operation

No adjustment is required to the manual switches during installation.

Adjusting the Opening Roof

When Is Adjustment Required?

• Gaps are visible between roof blades when fully closed   
• Roof blades are not closing evenly

Adjustment Procedure

• Ensure the pod is operational
• Loosen the actuator mounting bracket
• Push the actuator toward the center of the pod
• Ensure all roof blades close firmly together
• Re‑tighten the actuator bracket securely

Push toward the center of the pod to reduce roof blade gaps.
