Overview

This article provides a reference for identifying and ordering electrical service parts for Orangebox On the QT™ Phone Booths. The guide includes electrical packages, modules, power components, occupancy lighting, sensors, bezels, trim plates, and related hardware for both legacy and current product revisions.

Major Electrical Assemblies

Legacy Electrical Packages (Pre-2023 Revisions)

These assemblies apply to booth revisions manufactured before the dates specified in the product reference documentation. 

Current Electrical Package

Applicable for:

• OB1QT01 on or after 02/10/2023
• OB1QT02 on or after 02/07/2023
• OB1QT03 on or after 02/07/2023
• OB1QT04 on or after 04/17/2023 

Power Distribution Components

Legacy Power Blocks

These power blocks are intended for pre-2023 product revisions and are application-specific based on booth configuration. 

Current Power Block

Applicable for all current-generation On the QT configurations after the documented revision dates. 

Electrical Modules

Legacy Electrical Modules

These modules support booths manufactured prior to the 2023 electrical redesign. 

Current Electrical Module

Used on current-generation products manufactured after the documented revision dates. 

Occupancy Lighting & Sensor Components

These parts support automatic occupancy detection and lighting functionality within the booth. 

Power Entry Components

Use the appropriate infeed assembly based on booth height and revision level.

Bezels & Trim Components

Current Trim Components

These cosmetic components provide finished openings around electrical interfaces and controls.

Hardware & Miscellaneous Components

Note: Cladding clip kit includes six front clips and six rear clips.

Discontinued Components

The following service parts are listed as discontinued and are no longer available:

Service replacement may require use of the current electrical package where applicable. Verify product revision before ordering replacement components.

Revision Identification

Many electrical components differ based on the product manufacturing revision. Before ordering service parts:

1. Identify the booth model (OB1QT01, OB1QT02, OB1QT03, or OB1QT04).
2. Determine whether the booth was manufactured before or after the applicable 2023 electrical revision date.
3. Match the replacement component to the correct generation of electrical system.
