Overview

This article provides a service parts reference for Orangebox On the QT™ Seating and Accessories. Use the exploded-view diagram and item numbers below to identify replacement parts, verify compatibility, and order service components. All tables include the Item Number to allow direct cross-referencing with the parts diagram. 

Exploded View Reference

Use the item numbers shown in the diagram when identifying replacement parts.

Shelves

Standard Shelf Assemblies

These shelves are available in left-hand and right-hand configurations. 

L-Shaped Shelf Assemblies

These shelves provide an expanded work surface inside the booth. 

Shelf Hardware

Used when installing or replacing L-shaped shelf assemblies. 

Lean Pads

Retrofit Note: When replacing or retrofitting a lean pad, a Bracket - Baffle (Item 10) must also be ordered. 

Privacy Screens

Privacy screens are available for both left-hand and right-hand configurations.

Retrofit Note: When retrofitting a privacy screen, a Bracket - Baffle (Item 10) is also required.

Tablets

Tablet surfaces provide an integrated work area within the booth. 

Lounge Components

Use these components when servicing lounge seating configurations. 

Baffle Mounting Hardware

Part Note: Includes mounting screws. Required for lean pad and privacy screen retrofit installations. 

Fasteners

Important: Item 4 is discontinued and is no longer available as a service part. 

Ordering Guidelines

Before ordering service parts:

1. Verify whether the component is Left Hand or Right Hand.
2. Locate the corresponding Item Number in the exploded-view diagram.
3. Match the Item Number to the appropriate table above.
4. Review all retrofit notes prior to placing the order.
5. Ensure any required attachment hardware or brackets are included with the order.
