This article provides a reference guide for replacement service parts associated with the Orangebox Air Pods Service Hoop assembly. Use the exploded diagram below to identify the required part and reference the corresponding service part number when ordering replacements. Not all Parts listed have a coresponding drawing on the reference guide.
To find pricing for or order parts, work with your local or contracted authorized Steelcase dealer. Ordering of service parts can only be done though authorized sales channels.

Crank Arm Replacement
The following service parts have been discontinued and replaced:

Additional Notes:
- Previous crank arms used with felt roof blades have been replaced by current service parts.
- Current crank arm (1498085001SR) is for use with aluminum roof blades.
Bracket - Hoop to Screen (Item 5)
- Part number: 1381768001SR
- Includes mounting hardware.
Hardware Kits (Items 17 & 18)
- Graphics are not available for these parts in Product Reference.
Ordering Information
When submitting a service request or replacement part order, provide:
- Pod model (Air23, Air25, Air27, or Air29)
- Item number from the diagram
- Service part number
- Quantity required
This helps ensure the correct service component is ordered and shipped.
