This article provides a service parts reference for Orangebox Air Pods Upholstery Panels. Use the exploded parts diagram to identify the correct replacement component and corresponding service part number when ordering replacement parts.Not all Parts listed have a coresponding drawing on the reference guide. 

To find pricing for or order parts, work with your local or contracted authorized Steelcase dealer. Ordering of service parts can only be done though authorized sales channels.

Important Service Notes

Power Side Cutout Panels

The following panel types should always be used on Layer 1 (bottom panels) of the power side:

• OBAIRGA161SR – Corner Single Panel with Cutout
• OBAIRGA163SR – Intermediate Panel with Cutout
• OBAIRGA157SR – Corner Double Panel with Cutout

Part Note: Layer 1 (bottom panels) on the power side should always use the cutout panels.

Ordering Guidelines

When submitting a replacement part request, provide the following information:

1. Air Pod model (Air23, Air25, Air27, or Air29)
2. Item number from the exploded diagram
3. Service part number
4. Part description
5. Quantity required
6. Fabric/color information (if applicable)

Providing complete product and part information helps ensure accurate ordering and fulfillment.
